190th Infantry, (1st Veteran Reserves). Composed of veterans who mustered out in the spring of 1864 and re-enlisted, and new recruits, the 190th was presented with the flag originally presented to the 13th reserves (original Bucktails) by the 149th PA. During the engagement at the Weldon Railroad on August 19, 1864, most of the men, and the flag, were captured. The survivors were mustered out of service on June 28, 1865.
